Ingredients

  • 1 bag riced cauliflower
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 egg (scrambled)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Dash of low-sodium liquid aminos (available in grocery stores near the soy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Sauté green onions in sesame oil.
  2. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Fold in the scrambled egg and a tiny dash of liquid aminos.
