Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu (pressed/cubed)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cups baby bok choy
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Coat tofu in sesame seeds and pan-fry until golden.
  2. Steam or sauté bok choy with ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup or honey.
  3. Combine prepared tofu and bok choy together and enjoy.
