Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the broccolini on a baking sheet with olive oil and a squeeze of half the lemon.
Roast for 8–10 minutes until the edges are slightly charred but the stalks still have a snap.
While the broccolini roasts, grab your large mason jar. Combine the plain yogurt, crumbled blue cheese, minced garlic, and the juice from the remaining half of the lemon.
Secure the lid and shake the jar vigorously until the dressing is creamy and well-combined.
Place the warm broccolini on a serving plate. Drizzle the creamy dressing over the top and garnish with toasted sliced almonds and fresh chives.
