Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1 small container yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 1 cup spinach or kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and yogurt to your blender first to help the blades spin freely.
  2. Toss in the banana, berries, greens, sunflower butter, and chia seeds.
  3. Process on high until the greens are completely pulverized and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Sip a small amount and add your preferred sweetener if the berries aren’t sweet enough.
