Ingredients (5):

  • 1 lb salmon (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp low-sugar jerk seasoning
  • 1 mango (diced)
  • ½ red onion
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Toss salmon cubes in jerk seasoning and thread onto skewers.
  2. Grill or sear in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Mix diced mango, onion, and cilantro to make the salsa.
  4. Serve the spicy salmon topped with the sweet salsa.
