Ingredients (5):
1 lb salmon (cubed)
2 tbsp low-sugar jerk seasoning
1 mango (diced)
½ red onion
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Toss salmon cubes in jerk seasoning and thread onto skewers.
Grill or sear in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
Mix diced mango, onion, and cilantro to make the salsa.
Serve the spicy salmon topped with the sweet salsa.
