One-Pan Garlic Paprika Salmon & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp black pepper (divided)
  • ½ tsp salt (optional/divided)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Lemon slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then rub with minced garlic, paprika, ½ teaspoon of pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Top with lemon slices if desired. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Spread the broccoli around the salmon on the same baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
