Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then rub with minced garlic, paprika, ½ teaspoon of pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Top with lemon slices if desired. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and a pinch of salt.
Spread the broccoli around the salmon on the same baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
