Beauty & Wellness Conference

This event has been reconstructed and it will no longer we a beautyand wellness fair. This will be called Beauty is Her Name, Beauty & Wellness One Day Conference as our focus will be on building the Self-Esteem, Self-Worth, & Self-Awareness of the total woman. We are encouraging our vendors to be a part of this special event that will draw women to be Inspired, Intuitive, and possess their Individuality. We are accepting vendors in the following fields, but this is not an exclusive list. If you believe you have a product and/or service that would be a good fit for our Mini Health & Beauty Fair please follow the general instructions for all vendor inquiries. This one day event will be outdoors. WE ONLY HAVE ALREADY SECURED OUR PAPARAZZI CONSULTANT, AVON REPRESENTATIVE FOR THIS EVENT (NO MARY KAY CONSULTANTS WILL BE APPROVED FOR THIS EVENT) and WEIGHT LOSS VENDOR.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY VENDORS WHOSE PRODUCTS CONTAINS HEMP, CBD, OR CANNABIS or ANY LIKE SUBSTANCES IN THEIR PRODUCTS.

Mental Health Vendors: Authors are accepted but must be in this field. (2 vendor space savailable) The vendor approved for this space will be a part of our panel discussion. There is no compensation for being a part of the panelist.

Women’s Health/Wellness Vendor: (1 vendor spaces available). The vendor approved for this space will be a part of our panel discussion. There is no compensation for being a part of the panelist. Vendors whose products or services focuses on:

Vendor opportunities are open to Men entrepreneurs . If you are looking for vendor opportunities then join us for our Beauty & Wellness Conference 2024. APPLICATION PROCESS: YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FIRST via email [email protected] with the following information: Name of Business Owner, Name of Business, Product type or Service provided, along with website and/or social media handle. *IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND THE VENDOR WILL RECEIVE A COURTESY EMAIL REQUESTING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE DUE DATE TO SECURE THEIR SPOT, IF REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE THE VENDOR FEE WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO INCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED. Once received, you will receive a reply email informing you that your request has been approved and that you can register for the event and you will return back to this page to register. Please note that if another vendor submits a request and they are for the same company, the registration is first come first serve, if the second vendor register they will receive notification. **Some vendors may carry similar products but serves a different purpose (ex. both vendors sells body butters and scrubs but one may be all natural and vegan while the other may be for therapeutic purposes then they both will be able to register) We will allow up to 3 vendors with similar products but they can not be the same.

NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE PRICING: REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE HOST. IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED ALL VENDOR FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE RESCHEDULED DATE. IF VENDOR CAN NOT ATTEND THE RESCHEDULED DATE THEIR VENDOR FEES WILL BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER 2024 EVENT DATE BUT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

GENERAL VENDOR FEE: $50.00 (includes 6ft table, chair, and all vendors keep 100% of their proceeds) WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE CLOTHS, GENERATORS, COOLING SYSTEMS OR STORAGE. WE DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR GAS, MILEAGE, TOLLS, PARKING, ETC..
