Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 lb smoked turkey breast (skinless/diced)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot until soft.
  2. Add turkey and broth, bringing to a simmer.
  3. Stir in shredded cabbage and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cover and simmer on low for 30-40 minutes until cabbage is tender and flavors have melded.
